While focusing on innovative cross-platform storytelling, creating content and leading multimedia production from inception to completion for TV, film and digital, Florence has refined her creative vision collaborating with key partners and top brands worldwide and developed a unique strategic thinking that makes use of her sociologist’s background to anticipate trends.

Florence’s years of experience as Celebrity Brand Strategist and Creative Producer for Dentsu Inc overseeing ad campaigns from concept to execution for luxury brands such as Shiseido, perfected her ability to marry creativity with corporate discipline and architect innovative collaborations to boost brand perception.

Florence’s career in media began as she hosted a daily show on NHK-TV in Tokyo while still a sociology student at Tokyo University. After her Master’s curriculum in Sociology and Journalism, Florence graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Masters in Japanese Language and Civilization from Sorbonne University, Paris.
During her 3-year stay in Tokyo, Florence financed her college life by hosting segments on NHK, Fuji-TV and Asahi TV, and working with Japanese advertising giant Dentsu, Inc. on international campaigns. Back in Paris, Florence founded Uptown Productions, a correspondent bureau for foreign fashion press and broadcast. As producer and journalist, she covered Paris Fashion Week, wrote monthly columns on trends and lifestyle, hosted style segments for Asahi TV and produced fashion, beauty and celebrity editorial shoots featured in Figaro Madame Japon, l’Officiel and l’Officiel Hommes, Marie-Claire Japan, Arena and Grazzia, etc…

Florence was soon scouted by top ad agencies and Japanese production companies to become a Creative Producer on international ad campaigns for luxury clients such as Shiseido Cosmetics and Suntory Liquors. She collaborated with Dentsu, Hakuhodo, Publicis and BBDO among others.
TV production came as a natural evolution. Florence created and produced Objects of Desire for Canal Plus International TV, a half-hour magazine featuring Mythical Brands of Modern Society. That same year, she produced L’Enchanteur (The Wizard) a live action short dedicated to the fight against AIDS. Selected for competition in many international festivals, the short won Best Short Fantasy Film award at Fantasporto ’97.
In 2000, Florence relocated to Los Angeles and expanded her experience to feature film production when she joined Blue Vision Media as Producer and Head of International Sales spearheading co-productions with Luc Besson’s Europa and Applause Pictures HK.

In the last decade, Florence has successfully created and produced original content for TV, film and digital that engages viewers worldwide. Something Borrowed, Something New has run for 3 seasons on TLC and was sold to 45 countries.

Above all, Florence combines a refined artistic sense with a brilliant intellect. With her European flair, American network and Japanese sensibility, she is one of those few people with a sixth sense for emerging global trends and values.
